Job Description Provides creative and thoughtful insight on strategic best practices for business improvements from budget, vendor invoices, SOW contract creation and tracking. Build financial forecasts and track monthly actual operational & capital spending versus budget to identify issues and areas of opportunity. Ensure there are no discrepancies between Vendor invoices and Budget Tracking. Manage and support all online production operations vendors and contracts and become subject matter expert on existing contracts. Responsible for the Vendor life-cycle by optimizing and maintaining the process for on-boarding and off-boarding of Vendor Leads and track Vendor performance to ensure contract compliance. Foster positive Vendor relationships and closely partner with various online teams, procurement and legal and ensure that all requirements are memorialized into the agreements from inception. Collaborate with Leadership, help evaluate, vet, and actively participate in Vendor selection and the RFP process. Assist with the tracking of metrics to evaluate Vendor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs through surveys and scorecards. Creates requirements in a work-flowchart diagram and provides solutions to processes. Creates and maintains training documents on operational processes. Coordinates weekly meetings, prepares project status reports and communicates regularly with Regional Production, Finance & Vendor teams. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of Online, Operational or Financial management preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office skills with high proficiency in Excel modeling and scenario analysis. Strong quantitative, qualitative, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate into clear action plans required. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Proven reasoning ability, excellent negotiation, influential, pro-active and uses diplomacy when handling conflicts. . Highly driven, flexible & adaptable to a fast-paced & changing environment. Commitment to teamwork and partnerships. An ability to be a change agent without disrupting vendor relationships. Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Working with International teams and off-shore development teams a plus. Experience in Project Management tools such as JIRA, Aha, Visio or other Workflow tools a plus.
