Duties: On behalf of a global financial services organization, perform software design and development by continuing the build-out of company's Rushmore platform, covering intraday risk, Profit & Loss, and pre-deal analytics. Provide high level IT support regarding pricing, risk, and Profit & Loss issues raised by front office businesses. Design and develop solutions for specific projects implemented in C++, C#, and .Net platforms. Contribute to overall system design and architecture including support utilities, Graphical User Interface components, databases, and cache and queues. Introduce and adopt best practices in software development and collaborate with team to ensure consistent adoption of best practices. Assist in analyzing requirements to find appropriate technical solutions. Conduct Quality Assurance by designing solutions using test-driven approach. Ensure adherence to bank technical standards and Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and maintain quality and efficiency through all stages of development. Perform stakeholder management by collaborating with front office trading, operations, and other business users to collect requirements and provide regular status updates and support. Analyze and solve production problems and liaise with business, analysts, peers, and project managers to understand and deliver technical requirements to maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Ensure documentation and communication of changes are well maintained. Identify improvements to production stack and ensure they are addressed according to prioritization setup. Ensure successful timely delivery of Rushmore core services with a high level of quality. Enable decommissioning of legacy systems and platforms with new strategic performant alternatives. Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and three (3) years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or related occupation.
