Your tasks and responsibilities
Serve as a member of the Pharmaceuticals Women s Healthcare U.S. Leadership Team to coach and advise on all people related matters and co-develop and implement objectives and business strategies
Act as HR strategist, change agent and implementation advisor; be familiar with the strategic plans of the Pharmaceutical Division and the specific plans for these business units and help managers to translate the strategy into HR related practices to achieve business goals.
Provide HR perspectives on the different functions within the business units such as: Marketing, Field sales, Re-imbursement, Market Access, Pricing, Brand Core Teams and global coordination.
Drive strategic commercial transformation initiatives such as restructuring and capability builds in alignment with external trends and emergence of new business models (e.g. Digital Marketing)
Drive strategies for the Talent to Value approach such as succession planning and proactive talent management to drive business results across Pharmaceutical U.S. Sales and other Pharmaceutical global organizations; align job requirements ensure competitive skills are maintained
Considers business needs in all HR related solutions and proposes continual improvement to HR solutions in order to have lasting impact on business results
Mentor/coach Senior Executives to enhance leadership and managerial behaviors aligned with the LIFE values, challenging employees to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor
Proactively drive change management initiatives providing expert counsel and change management tools to leaders to successfully implement change
Establish and cultivate relationships to assist in building and maintaining strong, performance based team environment across Pharmaceutical Women s Healthcare U.S.
Ensure field sales team is designed, capable, and continually assessed to meet ever changing customer needs
Ensure corporate and departmental HR policies and practices, are communicated, and understood and in compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations maintained across field sales employees in U.S.

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS required
MBA preferred in HR/Organizational Development or Business
SPHR a plus
10 years of progressive corporate senior level experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to travel nationally up to 25%
Strong business acumen
Strong drive for results and action orientation
Ability to make quality and autonomous decisions
Expertise in organizational development, organizational structure and change management
Ability to handle multiple tasks in short time frames
Ability to develop an HR strategy unique to multiple sites across the region
Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals industry
