Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director Patient Marketing - Oncology, are to:

Manage the development of branded and unbranded patient digital strategies across the oncology portfolio

Lead patient media strategy and execution and collaborate with HCP media on search and social initiatives

Monitor digital program & media performance (for Patient and HCP) by establishing key performance indicators for each initiative in coordination with IMCM & Bayer IT

Manage content development and secure PRT approval for patient promotional materials and tools in support of each brand s respective strategy

Lead and implement key non-personal promotional initiatives across patient and HCP audiences (including iRep emails)

Manage patient programs, including content development, meeting coordination, stakeholder engagement, booth design/layout, activities, tools, premiums, and agency and contract management;

Manage logistics and activities related to other key patient meetings and events such as Patient Panels and Influencer Advisory Boards;

Collaborate with Field team with relation to local promotional and patient program opportunities, and processing of local sponsorships

Collaborate with key Patient Associations (in partnership with Advocacy) to execute partnership programs and advertising activities

Act as key point of contact and manage day-to-day activities for patient creative and media agencies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree;

3 years marketing or business experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare industry, agency or CPG

Sound understanding of brand management principles, tactics and expertise in marketing strategies with consumer/patient emphasis;

Experience in advertising, promotion, and experience with policies and practices within the US industry;

Strong multi-tasking and organization skills to manage and prioritize multiple unrelated projects at once;

Highly creative, self-directed, able to define and pursue goals and functions effectively on interdepartmental teams
