About the role:?

AdhereTech is looking for a highly successful salesperson with deep knowledge of pharmaceuticals, data/analytics, adherence, patient support, and pharmacy distribution who can successfully sell AdhereTech with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

You will open new doors - both within your network and through your ability to drive targeted/scaled sales activity.? You will have the backing of a highly engaging platform that drives significant value for our clients with a growing marketing and sales team.? You have ten or more years successfully and directly selling complicated services to (1) brand teams, (2) senior executives and (3) various stakeholders within pharmaceuticals such as Access, Regulatory, etc.

You provide solutions that directly match the issues our clients face, while being appropriately and creatively persistent to ensure you get through the noise.

You will experience and be part of a department at the early/entrepreneurial-like stages, while working for a company that is experiencing client, revenue and valuation growth.? You will operate individually due to your strong experience selling, will follow many aspects of our sales process that have proven successful, while also being adaptable to the changing environment of our clients and our own business.


In addition to direct sales responsibilities, you will have a role in recommending tactics and strategies that will enable our team to broaden (and optimize) our outreach and sales approaches.

  • ???????You will receive an account list including large/mid/small pharma, and other healthcare organizations who will benefit from AdhereTech
  • Handling all aspects of the sales process
  • Collaborating with sales and business leadership to create a comprehensive strategy plan to engage and ultimately drive the sales of your accounts
  • Networking and attending related conferences and events
  • Supporting us to help us identify areas for continued improvement
  • Through your client exposure, you will take strategic and tactical ideas back to our team to ensure we are meeting the needs of our clients.? You will be an integral part of how our sales team continues to evolve.


  • Ideal candidate will have ten or more years experience selling large enterprise, multi-brand programs to pharmaceuticals.? Additional experience selling to clinical organizations, pharmacies and managed care organizations is a plus.
  • You are a top performer in your current and previous roles, by selling more than your peers.
  • You are an outstanding presenter and writer
  • You are consultative and thoughtful in your approach.
  • You are not afraid to handle targeted, yet persistent and scaled outreach to clients to ensure you?re staying top of mind and breaking through the noise.
  • You?re experienced and deeply comfortable in CRM (HubSpot,, Dynamics, etc), MS Office/Google Drive tools, and LinkedIn.
